Passport scam might be a conspiracy: Malik

Talking to Dunya News in London Rehman Malik said that Pakistan’s data is completely safe while stern action has been taken against NADRA officials allegedly involved in fake passport scandal and several people have been arrested.He said that ID used in issuance of fake passport was issued in 2002.Maliksaid the investigation is underway regarding passport scandal to find out whether it is a conspiracy against Pakistan.The Advisorsaid the investigations were also underway about failure of intelligence agencies, arrival of foreign newspaper reporter in Pakistan and his unchecked movement in NADRA and passport offices.
