Karachi: Two more dead bodies recovered

According to details, two more dead bodies were recovered from Shershah area while a victim of Sohrab Goth firing incident succumbed to his wounds, raising the death toll to five.Two rival groups exchanged fire at Al-Asif Square on Saturday in which four people, Shah Faisal, Mirza, Abdul Rasul and Khalid, were killed while Juma was injured who died at Agha Khan Hospital.Police launched a targeted operation in the area after the incident during which angry residents opened fire at the police party and also pelted stones.In Lyari area, a woman named Areeba was killed in firing incident while a tortured boday was recovered from Baldia Town.Some unidentified persons opened fire in Gulistan Johar area and killed a man while DSP CID and his guard were injured when their vehicle came under attack in Patail Para area.Meanwhile, Police conducted a raid at Truck Ada in Maripur area and arrested four extortionists belonging to Lyari gang war.
