The oath-taking ceremony was scheduled for today but it was postponed on the request of newly-appointed Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Fakhruddin G Ibrahim.Talking to Dunya News, Justice (retd) Fakhruddin G Ibrahim said that he wishes to take oath after verdict of the case registered in the Supreme Court against his appointment.He said that it is up to Chief Justice to decide when he will hear the case. The newly-appointed CEC ruled out any conspiracy against his appointment.
