Summary The Balochistan High Court has granted bail to Jam Yousaf in Akbar Bugti murder case.
A two member bench of the BHC heard Jam Yousaf’s bail plea and granted three weeks bail to him against surety bonds of Rs 2,000,000.Earlier, the Sindh High Court had granted protective bail to former chief minister of Balochistan in Akbar Bugti murder case.Jam Yousaf’s counsel M Ilyas Khan and Muhammad Farooq informed the SHC that their client wanted to present before Balochistan High Court but Jam fears that if he presented before the court he would be murdered. The lawyers stated that banned organization Balochistan Liberation Army had announced that Jam would be murdered if he presented before the court.
