Violence and target killing continues in Karachi as five more people were killed in the span of one hour, raising the death toll to 15 on Saturday.According to details, some unidentified persons opened fire at a police mobile in Shah Faisal Colony, killing Constable Ghulam Raza on the spot and injuring Constable Shahbaz. A Pakistan Navy official, Kamran, was also wounded during the firing who succumbed to his injuries in hospital. Police said the firing incident occurred near a gambling den.Two people lost their life in firing incident in Bukhari Colony area of Orangi Town while four people were shot dead in Malir Ansoogoth, Baldia daoodgoth, Safoora Chorangi and Pathan Colony.Two people were killed in firing incidents in Nazimabad No 2 and Annu Bhai Park area while police have recovered dead body of a woman from Sachalgoth area.In Orangi Town Sector 12, clerk of Sindh High Court Bar, Faisal Jamal was gunned down by some unidentified persons while dead bodied of a man and woman were recovered from a house. According to police the deceased were husband and wife. Police have also recovered dead body of an unidentified man from Sohrab Goth area while a man who was injured in firing incident in Baldia Town Daoodgoth area succumbed to his wounds in hospital.In Pirabad area, 5-year-old girl was injured in firing during a marriage ceremony while a man was injured during resistance in a robbery attempt in Numaish Chorangi area. Three persons, including a woman, were injured in firing incidents in Kareemabad, Bhagdadi and Quaidabad localities.Meanwhile, police have arrested an alleged target killer, Sajeel alias Sharjeel, during a raid in Quaidabad area and recovered arms from his possession. Police claimed that the arrested man was involved in several target killing incidents in Landhi and Korangi. On the other hand, CID Police have arrested four accused of Lyari gang was during an operation in Ghani Chorangi area.
