Anti Narcotics Special Court judge Zafer Iqbal conducted hearing of the case. The accomplice witness director of pharmaceutical company Danas, Rizwan Ahmad recorded his statement.While talking to the media, Rizwan Ahmad said that he has never had a meeting with Ali Musa Gilani; however, his secretary Tauquir Ahmad is his friend.He also claimed that Makhdum Shahabuddin pressurized the officials of Health Department him in order to avail additional ephedrine quota.The second accomplice witness ex DG Health Rashid Juma did not appear in the court. His counsel requested to the court that his client would record his statement on Friday.The court was adjourned till next day.
