Summary Supreme Court served notice to DG FIA over delay in inquiry over misuse of NBP workers funds.
A three- member bench headed by Justice Shakirullah Jan heard the case pertaining to the misuse of national bank workers welfare funds.Justice Shakirullah remarked that thetop management of NBP distributed 2 billion rupees of workers welfare fund among themselves, adding that FIA is deliberately delaying the investigation into the matter.The bench served show-cause notice to DG FIA for delaying the investigation and adjourned the hearing till July 31.
