Summary The Sindh High Court has extended Jam Yousafs protective bail in Akbar Bughti murder case.
Jam Yousaf’s counsel M Ilyas Khan and Muhammad Farooq informed the court that their client wanted to present before Balochistan High Court but Jam fears that if he presented before the court he would be murdered. The lawyers stated that banned organization Balochistan Liberation Army had announced that Jam would be murdered if he presented before the court.The court accepted their plea and extended Jam Yousaf’s protective bail for further 15 days.The Sindh High Court had accepted protective bail plea of former Chief Minister Jam Muhammad Yousaf in Akbar Bugti murder case with surety bond of 0.5 million rupees.
