Summary The court issued notice to the OGRA and Federal government for July 17.
Owners of LPG companies filed a petition in the court, stating that the OGRA did not on board all the stakeholders while reducing the price of LPG. Therefore the act is against the Law, they added and requested the court to issue a stay order against the new price.The LHC accepted the petition for hearing and issued notices to to the OGRA and Federal government for July 17.
