Summary Supreme Court will hear memo case today, Husain Haqqani will not appear before court due to illness.
A nine-member larger bench of the Supreme Court will resume hearing of memo case today. Former Pakistan ambassador to US, Husain Haqqani will not appear before the apex court as he is under treatment abroad.During previous hearing of the case, the Memo Commission, constituted by the country’s highest court had submitted its report, establishing that the memorandum was authentic and had found Haqqani guilty of authoring the memo.The nine-member bench of the SC will start proceeding of the case today in the light of Memo Commission report.
