Summary Ghukam Ahmad Bilour Tuesday said courts cannot make or amend constitution.

Terming the Judges as paid servant of the government, Federal Minister for Railways, Ghulam Ahmed Bilour said that being public representatives parliamentarians are responsible of making and amending the constitution.Talking to media persons outside the Parliament, Ghulam Ahmed Bilour accused the Military dictators for breaking the constitution four times, adding that public representatives were present in the parliament while government servant in the judiciary.Calling the Dual Nationality case as a public matter and contempt of court as legal matter, Bilour said that the ANP has no concern with Dual Nationality case as no one in their party has dual nationality.Federal Minister for Railways said that the PR had not offered its services for NATO supply to Afghanistan.Expressing fears over the suspension of train services from Peshawar due to the shortage of locomotives, Bilour said that three out of eight trains were plying from the city.
