Summary A five-member bench of the Supreme Court has been formed for hearing of NRO implementation case.
Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will head the five-member bench that will start the hearing of NRO implementation case on July 12.The Attorney General of Pakistan will submit the reply to the apex court regarding writing letter by the prime minister to the Swiss authorities.Moreover, a nine-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Shakirullah Jan will also resume the hearing of memo case on July 12.The bench will issue the verdict in the light of the investigation report of the memo commission.
