Summary The Indus River System Authority on Wednesday has increased water discharge from Tarbela.
The discharge of water has been decreased from Mangla Dam as well.The portion allocated for all the provinces would also be enhanced from tomorrow.According to the IRSA authorities, surface of water in Tarbela Dam is 1403 feet while it has been counted 1118 feet in Mangla Dam.The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) has increased water discharge from Tarbela by 20,000 cusec while total discharge of water out of Mangla Dam is 30,000.According to departmental sources, Chashma Jhelum Link Canal also has been opened for irrigation.
