Summary Former Bahria Town chief Malik Riaz requested the court to provide security to him and his family.
In this regard, Zahid Bukhari, the counsel on the part of Malik Riaz, moved a writ petition in the Supreme Court and requested that his client and family members should not be arrested unless and until Arsalana Iftikhar case is under trial.He also prayed to the court that he and his family members should be provided complete security.The learned counsel also informed the court that Punjab police and Anti Corruption are lodging fake and fabricated stories in the name of so-called democracy which has nothing to do with the rules and regulation.He prayed to the court that he is an innocent citizen who leaves himself at the mercy of the court.
