IHC seeks detail of CDA DG Plannings assets

Islamabad High Court judge Shaukat Siddiqui heard a court contempt case against Capital Development Authority’s Director General Planning Ghulam Sarwar.Counsel for Ghulam Sarwar requested the court that contempt was not intentionally, therefore, the court should proceed with tolerance.The court granted interim bail to Ghulam Sarwar, issuing order to submit details of his assets’ and foreign tours.Hearing of the case has been adjourned till July 13rd.Ghulam Sarwar was arrested Monday from court room for ‘staring at judges’ and his contemptuous act during contempt of court proceeding at IHC.
