Summary Supreme Court of Pakistan will resume the proceedings of NICL corruption case today.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will resume the hearing of NICL corruption case today.During the previous hearing, the apex court had directed the DG FIA to complete the investigation.During today’s proceedings, Directors FIA Lahore and Karachi will submit their reports. In his statement during previous hearing Makhdoom Amin Fahim said that he had recommended three names for the appointment of chairman NICL and the final approval was given by the Prime Minister.
