Summary Three judges in Islamabad district court were transferred due to allegations of corruption charges.
Earlier, a large number of lawyers have been on strike against ‘uncivilized’ attitude of judges.They accused that Additional Session Judge Pervaizul Qadir Memon, Civil judge Qudratullah and Ihtasham Alam were involved in corruption, demanding that they should be transferred on priority basis.On demand of lawyers, Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman has appointed all the aforesaid three judges on executive posts.
