Summary Amendment in rules of business was made to appoint Pervez Elahi as Deputy PM.
As per details, four options including amendment in the constitution, presidential ordinance, executive order and amendment in rules of business could be used to appoint deputy prime minister.It is pertinent to mention here that Dunya News had already on aired the news that the PPP and PML-Q had agreed to amend rules of business for Deputy PM’s appointment.
