In a petition filed in the Supreme Court it has been demanded that his diplomatic passport be cancelled and his name be included in Exit Control List. According to the sources, the petitioner carries the stance that the budget, presented in the National Assembly, for the year 2012-13 is unlawful, and similarly, all ordinances passed on the advice of Yusuf Raza Gilani after April 26 must be cancelled.This petition has been filed in the backdrop of the short order issued by the Supreme Court on June 19, according to which the seat of Prime Minister of Pakistan remained vacant since April 26.
