Punjab doctors strike enters 4th day

Doctors continue to protest for the fourth consecutive day across Punjab.

Patients in different government hospitals are facing problems due to the strike of doctors.The doctors have shut outdoor patient departments (OPDs) in protest for not fulfilling their demand of service structure.The doctors lamented it’s been more than a month that Punjab government assured them that the services structure will be formed but not even the recommendations have been prepared as yet due to which they were forced to close OPDs.
