Summary IG Punjub Police Habib-ur-Rehman has said he is not satisfied with efficiency of police officials.
Addressing the RPO conference in Lahore, Inspector General of Police, Punjab, Habib-ur-Rehman said that he was not satisfied with the police officials’ efficiency.He said the police officers should hold open courts instead of resting at their air-conditioned offices to solve the public problems.Habib said that the ACRs of the police officers would not be signed if the orders of open courts were not implemented.He said the police officers would be called by their ranks instead of offices as CCPO Lahore would be called as Additional IG Lahore, Regional police Officer DIG and District Police Officers as SSP.The IGP said the officers would feel themselves as public servants when they would be called by their ranks while they might be transferred to anywhere in the province according to their ranks.
