Summary Supreme Court took suo motu notice of encroachment by NAB on hostel of Rawalpindi Medical College.
Chairman NAB has been issued notices with the direction to move his explanation in the court on June 11.Three-member bench of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaurdhry would conduct hearing of the said case on June 11.NAB officials are of the view that the girls hostel of Rawalpindi Medical College would be vacated on June 10.It is worthy of note that Dunya News had aired news of encroachment of NAB on said hostel after which Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani had taken notice of the issue and allotted building of Ministry of Environment to the NAB for further usage.
