Finance Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Humayun Khan is announcing budget and annual development programme (ADP) of Rs 280 billion for the next financial year (2012-13) during provincial assembly session today.The province is expected to raise salary of government servants by 20 per cent. Education fund – for the first time – has been raised to 4 per cent from 2 per cent.Provincial health sector will get Rs 7.5 billion and Rs 500 million to be announced for Bacha Khan self-employment scheme.According to official document, more than 5,000 jobs would be created to tackle unemployment in the province.Special funds will be allocated for reconstruction and rehabilitation of the flood-hit schools.
