Summary LHC Chief justice Umer Ata Bandyal said that courts would interfere against injustice in society.
Corruption in judiciary would not be born at any cost, he said.While having a meeting with Court Report Association, LHC Chief justice Umer Ata Bandyal said that every action would be done in accordance with true spirit of the constitution and law, adding that nobody is above rule of law.He said that suo motu notice is not sufficient solution to every issue; rather courts would interfere with every aspect of life where there lies an injustice and inequality.He said that mechanism would be formed in order to resolve public problems.
