Summary Supreme Court has rejected the report presented by interior ministry over the killings in Balocistan
A three-member bench headed by chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed hearing the case pertaining to the deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan at Quetta SC registry on Friday.Expressing displeasure over the absence of IG FC, Chief justice remarked that bodies of three people were recovered. Inspector General Frontier Corps (FC) should tell who is responsible for these killings or else he will be held responsible.Responding to the remarks, IG Balochistan told that FIR has been registered on which chief justice lamented that case should have been registered against IG FC.Raja Irshad Kiyani, counsel for agencies, told the court that IG FC was on a visit to Iran.Adding remarks, Chief justice ordered for the return of IG FC by Saturday.Balochistan chief minister Aslam Raisani also appeared before the court during the hearing. The court asked about the investigation into the killing of three people on which Raisani told that a murder case has been registered in this regard.Chief Justice lamented that no institution can be granted license to kill any citizen.Meanwhile, the bench dismayed at the absence of IG FC, defence secretary and attorney general.
