Summary Balochistan Home Minster Zafarullah Zehri was granted interim bail in kidnapping for ransom case.
Petitioner Karim Bukhsh had filed a case of kidnapping for ransom against Mir Zafarullah Zehri in 2004 in Brewery Police Station.Karim Bukhsh had taken the stance in the FIR that Zafarullah Zehri kidnapped his son Muhammad Hussain and shifted detained him at some mountainous area of Khuzdar.Balochistan Home Minister Mir Zafarullah Zehri appeared in the court of Session Judge Rashid Mehmood on Thursday and prayed the court to grant him interim bail.The court granted Zehri interim bail against surety bonds of Rs 100,000.
