Summary Heat wave grips most parts of the country while temperature is predicted to touch 50C in areas.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the heat wave will continue in most cities during next 4 to 5 days while temperature is expected to reach at 48C to 50C in some areas.Met Office forecasted that the upper areas will also come under the grip of heat wave during next 24 hours.Maximum temperature reordered during last 24 hours in different cities was: Dadu 49C, Larkana 44C, Lahore 42C, Islamabad 38C, Karachi 37C, Quetta 32C, Peshawar 37C and Murree 25C.
