Summary Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani says that champions of long march have not general mandate.

If they are so emotional and patriot, they should have launched a long march against the dictator, he said.While speaking at a public rally in Narowal, he said that the PPP is the greatest party of the country, adding that caravan of democracy is going forward despite conspiracies being hatched against the government.He said that billions of rupees have spent on welfare projects in far-flung and backward areas.He also announced Rs two million for Narowal Bar Council on the call of the president of aforesaid Bar.While lashing out PML-N and PTI, he said that he is surprised at attitude of the Opposition leader Ch Nisar Ali Khan who has been changing his views regarding the government. Earlier, he used to say that he did not admit the convicted prime minister and now, he is contending that he doesn’t recognize the National Assembly Spear Dr Fehmida Mirza.He said that it is the PPP which restored original constitution of 1973 and brought revolutionary changes in socio-economic and socio-political aspects of life.He said that the public is the source of PPP governments power as it was its founder Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who gave the right to vote to a common man on basis of one man one vote.He said that PPP is the name of a philosophy‚ mission and a movement.The Prime Minister said that the party leadership and worker bore the hardships during their political struggle‚ however they never bowed down in front of any dictator and also not changed their loyalties.Prime Minister said that we have already implemented the eighty percent of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhuttos election manifesto. He said that PPP has won all the by-election which is reflective of partys popularity among the masses.
