Balochistan case: CJ says agencies accused of killings

Summary Hearing into the Balochistan case is underway at Supreme Courts Quetta registry.

A three member bench headed by chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has resumed the hearing Wednesday into the case pertaining to the deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan.Defense secretary and PM’s principal secretary have also appeared before the bench.During the hearing, CJ remarked that Intel agencies and FC are accused of their involvement in abducting and killing people in Balochistan.CJ maintained that police have failed to restore peace in the province while federal government has not replied in the case despite a notice being taken by the Supreme Court over the Balochistan situation.
