Summary The session of Parliamentary Committee for appointment of judges ended without fruitful results.
Acting Chairman Aftab Shaban Mirani said that there is no difference of opinion in the committee. The session had to be postponed due to political activities at presidency.Session of the committee was chaired by acting Chairman Aftab Shaban Mirani. The committee was to give approval for appointment of LHC Chief Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh as judge of the Supreme Court, LHC senior judge Umar Ata Bandyal as Chief Justice of LHC and three additional judges of Sindh High Court.
