The Supreme Court of Pakistan has formally accepted a petition against the NRO for hearing. Justice Shakirullah Jan and Justice Raja Muhammad Fayyaz requested the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) to form a larger bench to interpret the section 7 of the NRO and said that all the petitions regarding it should be combined to form one. FIA Assistant Director Fazal Jut has moved the SC against the Sindh High Court decision that corruption charged leveled against him should be removed under the NRO he should be freed.
