Everything is crystal clear in the constitution, he said.Addressing the oath-taking ceremony of newly elected office bearers of Islamabad High Court Bar, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that the democracy depends on judiciary, adding that courts enforce will of the parliament rather than that of the government.He said, “We are committed to the constitution and law which demand that justice should prevail without any discrimination and everybody should be dealt equally in accordance with the rule of law.”
