President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday ruled out unilateral withdrawal of troops from Siachen but maintained that Pakistan would do so if India also pulled out its soldiers from the worlds highest battlefield.Addressing the Pakistan People’s Party workers and leaders at the residence of federal minister Manzoor Watto in Wasawaywala near Havaily Lakha in Okara President Zardari said that he is wholeheartedly aware of the agonies and sufferings of soldiers in Siachen; but if one-sided step is taken, we would have to be accountable for the strategy of last 10 years.He also announced to consider opening Head Sulemanki border for trade with India, adding he had discussed with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh ways to promote trade ties during his visit to India this month.Slamming Sharif brother’s initiatives, President Zardari said PPP will get back Punjab in next elections. While using sarcastic words against Punjab CM, he said that Shahbaz Sharif is running more than 17 ministries while the people are bound to face tremendous problems.President also inaugurated Benazir Bhutto education City and Pakistan Sweet Home projects during his day-long visit to Okara.
