Summary NAB chairman has been directed to produce RPPs implementation report in the Supreme Court tomorrow.
Supreme Court has decided to conduct hearing of Rental Power Plants implementation case.Three-member of Supreme Court headed by the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry would resume hearing of said case from tomorrow.Special summons have been issued to the NAB chairman while demanding implementation report.The Supreme Court had ordered NAB to take action against high officials including Minister And Secretary of Water and Power and Secretary Finance who approved rental power projects.Court had also ordered NAB to update it about progress report after every 15 days.
