Officials on deputation can't dictate govt: Gilani

PM Yousuf Raza Gilani has said the officials working on deputation cant dictate the government.

Talking to the media after addressing the 11th convocation of University of Central Punjab in Lahore, Prime Minister Gilani said that the government had resolved all the major issue with consensus of all the political parties, adding that maintenance of law and order was responsibility of the provincial governments. He vowed to establish Saraiki province with mutual understanding.Gilani asked all the institution to work within their jurisdictions and said that the Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) have no power to check the lists of Prime Minister’s guests.He said the Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh during meetings with him have expressed the readiness to hold dialogue on all the outstanding issues including Jammu and Kashmir‚ Siachen and Sir Creek.
