Summary The Federal government has appointed Irfan Qadir as Attorney General of Pakistan.
Maulvi Anwarul Haq has been appointed as Consultant (Legal Affairs) at the President’s Secretariat, while Yasmin Abbasi has been appointed as Law Secretary.It is pertinent to mention here that Irfan Qadir had served as National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor general and was removed after declaring his appointment unlawful by the Supreme Court.
