SC orders to present 37 ordinances into Parliament

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has directed the authorities concerned to present 37 ordinances issued during November 03 Emergency into the parliament. Earlier, Attorney General had submitted list of these ordinances in the court. The list include National Reconciliation Ordinance, Police Order 2002 Ordinance, Space Technology Institute Ordinance, Private Education Institute Ordinance, National Defense University Ordinance, Press, Newspaper, News agency and Book Registration Ordinance, National Command and Control Ordinance, Islamabad High Courts establishment Ordinance, Electronic Media Ordinance and Pakistan Ordinance. The apex court in its decision has directed to present these ordinances into the parliament.
