The security forces during clearance and search operation in parts of Swat and Malakand have apprehended 15 suspects while the militants have killed brother of Tahsil Nazim while injuring his nephew and neighbor. According to ISPR on Thursday, militant commander Bakthe e Jehan voluntarily surrender to security forces at Charbagh, while the security forces recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition from hilly terrain of Lakki Marwat. According to details, security forces conducted search operation at Qadar Kandao, Chate Kale and apprehended four militants and recovered two communication sets. Militants raided the house of Tahsil Nazim Muhammad Ali at Choga near Aloch resultantly his brother was killed and his nephew along with a neighbor was injured. A Jirga of locals from villages Alamganj, Waliabad, Bararai, Langer, Gashkore, Takrai, Asala, Janu, Kotnai, Bandai, Chaliar, Farhatabad, Babu, Chinkulai was held at Khawzakhela and all notables assured undeterred cooperation to the security forces. Security forces conducted search operation at Kuza Banda and apprehended 11 suspects. During routine search at Godiwala mountains in Lakki Marwat, the security forces recovered 6 suicide Jackets, 2 drums filled with liquid explosives, 6 bags filled with powdered explosives, 24 time bombs, 24 toy bombs, 5 bundles, Police uniforms, IED wire and huge cache of arms and ammunition. So far, Rs 5 billion have been withdrawn by the IDPs of Malakand and around 231,601 cash cards have been distributed among them.
