Paint the town 'chocolate': Belgian chocolatier seduces Karachiites with desserts

(Dunya News) – Chocolate lovers got a chance to enjoy delicacies made of chocolate at an event held in one of Karachi’s hotels, where a Belgian chocolatier displayed his expertise of making desserts from chocolate.
The mouthwatering sights of chocolates decorated fancy garnishes attracted Karachiites. From pastries to chocolate fountain, people indulged heartily in delectable sweets prepared from chocolates.
Renowned Belgian chef and chocolatier, Marc Leon Pauquet prepared a number of high quality chocolate desserts, including pralines, chocolate mousse, truffles, caramels, ganache, cakes, pastries and many more, and that too, in front of a live audience.

According to Pauquet, the event allowed him to share the art of chocolate making with pastry chefs in Pakistan.
Due to its versatility, Pauquet explained how chocolate can be added in to a variety of things, including dry fruits and pastries.
The Belgian chocolatier prepared dishes from dark, milk and special gold chocolates for the visitors.
