Ingredients:500 gm sliced mango500g peach sliced2 bananas chopped200gm strawberries1/2 cup orange juice200 gm orange jelly200 gm mango jelly2 cups water700 ml double thickened cream1 liter milk5 tbsp vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp sugar400 gm jam roll or cakeMethod:Add custard powder in boiling milk. Bring to a boil. Then add sugar. Mix well and let it cool Boil water and then make jellies. Set them and cut in diamond shapes Now take a serving bowl. Arrange sliced jam rolls on side Pour orange juice over to soak them Now mix cream in custard and pour over jam rolls Make a layer of all fruits over Again pour custard Garnish with remaining fruits and jellies.Keep in refrigerator for about two hours and serve cold
