Diabetes patients to increase to dangerous level by 2060

ATLANTA ( Web Desk ) –According to a recent research, the level of diabetes in the youth of United States would reach worrying figures in the coming three decades.

The experts at the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention said that by 2060, the people suffering from diabetes under 20 years could reach 560,000 – 300,000 suffering from type-1 and 220,000 from type-2.

The research revealed if the level of diabetes does not subside, then type-1 diabetes would increase by 70 per cent and diabetes 2 by 3 per cent.

The study advised the youth to stay healthy and fit to avoid affected by lethal disease such as diabetes.
