Fifteen Oscars, including ones for Citizen Kane and Little Women, are for sale at auction.

Fifteen Oscars are on the auction block Tuesday, including the one awarded to Herman Mankiewicz for his 1941 screenplay award for Citizen Kane.The awards are being auctioned off by Nate D. Sanders Auctions, who expects the trophies to sell for as much as 4 million dollars combined.Not only are there 15 Oscars, these are not Oscars for low-end camera work; these are significant awards, said owner Nate D. Sanders.Other Oscars are from classic movies including Little Women and Wuthering Heights.The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences forbids the sale of Oscar trophies, but their winners agreement only dates back to 1950. All 15 Oscars up for sale were awarded before that time.
