Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is once again preparing for an item song. Before this she appeared in Shahrukh Khans home production Billu Barber in which she earned much fame. However, this time around she would be starring in a film Lafario which would initially be in Telugy language but would be later dubbed in Hindi for the local viewers.
