Kareenas down with a throat infection in London where shes shooting Dhuan with Aamir.

According to sources, Kareena and Aamir were supposed to come back over the weekend but Bebo fell very ill due to a throat infection. It appeared the shooting was going to get postponed but the cast and crew shot day and night and now the shooting is back on track. Aamir is supposed to return today to attend a work commitment in Goa, the sources added.
