Indian actress Tunisha Sharma commits suicide at TV show set
MUMBAI (Web Desk) - Indian TV and film actress Tunisha Sharma committed suicide during shooting of a show, Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul, on Saturday.
Indian media reports said she took a break during shooting at the set of the drama serial and went to the makeup room. She later went to the bathroom but she did not return. When crew opened the door, they found her unconscious.
She was declared dead after rushing her to a hospital in Maharashtra, as per the cops. Reports said she had committed suicide but reasons behind the extreme step are yet to be determined.
Meanwhile, police have arrested Tunisha Sharma s rumoured boyfriend Sheezan for abetment to suicide under the IPC Section 306. The arrest was made after Ms Sharma’s parents lodged a police complaint.
The 20-year-old actress made her debut with TV show, Bharat Ka Veer Putra –Maharana Pratap and later appeared multiple shows.
She also essayed various roles in Bollywood films. She was part of Fitoor, Baar Baar Dekho, Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh and Salman Khan s Dabangg 3.
