Marriyum wishes Firdous Jamal ‘good health’
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News): - Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb on Sunday wished ailing actor Firdous Jamal “good health” and prayed for his speedy recovery.
“My prayers and good wishes are with Firdous Jamal. May the good health attends him!,” she said in a news statement.
Firdous Jamal diagnosed with cancer, reveals son
Pakistani veteran actor Firdous Jamal has been diagnosed with cancer.
Earlier, rhe renowned actor’s son, Hamza Firdous, who is also an actor, shared the news on Instagram and requested to pray for his father’s speedy recovery. He said his father is going into a cancer recovery treatment at Shaukat Khanum.
Hamza said, “I know its life! But nothing to worry because we [his family] and you all [his dearest friends, work colleagues, fans admirers, well-wishers] are here for him.”
While praying for his father he added that, “He became an actor against all odds, here’s to another battle but luckily the odds are in his favour. Inshallah he will come out stronger.”
He requested everyone to pray for Mr Firdous and his family in this difficult time.
