Fan told to stay away from Lohan for two years

A judge has ordered a man accused of showing up at Lindsay Lohans court appearances and leaving gifts at her house to stay away from the actress for the next two years.A restraining order was issued after a hearing which neither Lohan nor the stalker attended. Lohan is currently serving house arrest on a 120-day jail sentence for violating her probation by stealing a necklace.The actress was fed up with the man and resorted to the court to get rid of him.
