Summary Michael Bays third movie of the blockbuster series Transformers will be screened in 3D.
Part III, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, is shot in 3D, and at a recent Paramount Pictures special event in Hollywood this month, where Bay and film-maker James Cameron discussed the future of 3D technology and how it plays in ‘Dark of the Moon’.Bay admitted that he was initially reluctant to shoot the latest instalment using the 3D technology as he favours the tactile old-school movie-making of 35mm film, rather than the more digital nature of the 3D process.Transformers: Dark of the Moon will be released by Paramount Pictures in the US and UK on July 1, 2011.
