Lindsay Lohan has won a temporary restraining order against a man she says sent her delusional phone text messages and believes he has a romantic relationship with her.According to court paper, David Cocordan has contacted the 24 year-old actress with more than 100 unwanted phone calls and text messages since 2009.Cocordan also left boxes of heart shaped chocolates at Lohans home and magazine articles about the actress with his own name scrawled on them.A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted the restraining order against Cocordan and set a June 8 court hearing to decide if it should be made permanent.Lohan, once considered one of Hollywoods most promising talents, was sentenced this month to four months in jail after pleading no contest to a charge of stealing. Lohan has barely been out of the news for four years due to repeated trips to jail, drug rehabilitation and courtrooms.
