Shiney Ahuja jailed for 7 years in rape case

Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment for raping his maid.

Shiney was arrested in June 2009 from Mumbai on the charge of raping his young maid; however, he was released on bail after three months.The proceeding on the case continued and the court found him guilty of the crime and sentenced him to seven years imprisonment.There were tears in his eyes when the judge pronounced the order. Shiney, in his defence, had argued that he was falsely implicated.
